Amazing chocolate flavor plus the marvelous textures of the quinoa & rice: crispy like your usual puffed rice, but with more resilience & flavor to accentuate the bright & earthy notes. My favorite chocolate bar (by far, ever), only recently tied by its salty bro, the 85% Salted Cashew bar. The crunch from the quinoa was interesting although I don't think it adds much flavor wise. Being a higher cocoa content, it's definitely more on the bitter side and I'm sure it'll get its audience. Stir the chopped pecans into the melting butter and sweetener mixture. As soon as you hit a boil turn it down to a slow simmer. Add the sweetener to the melted butter and bring to a boil. While the butter is melting chop the pecans into a small chop and set aside.
